6th Grade Choir
Where it begins.
Our program is designed for students to be challenged in ways most beneficial for growth and development as musicians, artists, ensemble members, and citizens. Upon entering Angevine, all 6th grade students who sign up for choir are placed in this group. This ensemble focuses on good singing technique, singing skills, music theory, and best practices for being in an ensemble at Angevine Middle School.
7th/8th Grade Choir
Where it accelerates.
Upon completion of our 6th Grade introduction class, the student will be ready for further advancement in our 7/8th grade ensemble. This mixed ensemble continues to develop the skills and qualities introduced in the 6th grade class, with a further push into more complex concepts, ideas, artistry, and commitment.
